Return Policy

Here at Watchslot, we are committed to your satisfaction. You can return the item for a refund or exchange (if available).

All returned items must remain brand new and in an unworn and unused condition. All other things which were included in the packaging must be returned (tags, stickers, boxes, and user manuals). Gifts (if any) are part of the transaction must be returned as well. If gifts are not returned, their full price will be deducted from the refund amount. Returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Watchslot.

Your order number can be found within your original order receipt email, or requested via phone call or by requesting a return authorization through your order/return request form via the website. Returned merchandise for refund or exchange must be in its "brand new" condition. Serial numbers are to be matched in our records. Warranty cards must be left blank. Manuals and accessories must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Any signs of wear, removal of parts, or micro scratches on the product will cause the return to be refused.

If your item features a "Void if Removed" blue sticker, returns will be refused if this sticker has been removed.

Please report, via phone call and in writing, any shipping damage or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt and have the watch returned to us within 7 calendar days of receipt. Allow 4-7 business days to post refund.

LARGE PURCHASES ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS AGREED ON BY US THE SELLER AND THE BUYER. FOR RETURN REQUEST FOR PURCHASES OF 2 OR MORE ITEMS PLEASE CALL US FOR APPROVAL 

Charges may be incurred, or the refund refused (and item returned to the customer at customer's expense) if the item is returned in used and/or scratched and/or damaged condition or when the packaging is no longer intact. Returning purchased item must include everything that it originally came with; i.e. box, manual, tag, cushion, coverings, etc. 

All returns must have an order number from Watchslot. An item returned without this number will be refused. The Order Number must be listed explicitly on the returned packaging. Serial and/or case numbers are verified before the issuance of the refund.

Collect shipping will be refused.

For your protection, use only carriers that provide a tracking number. Get insurance for your package to ensure the safe return to us to make sure that you are completely covered if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. Please do not drop off packages at the office as they will be refused.

Allow 4-7 business days to process the return.

 

You can only return any product for the following reasons

·         Dead On Arrival

·         Faulty

·         Received Wrong Item
